The first step to getting your dream instrument is to complete our brief adoption form.

The form requires a parent or caregiver signature. This release allows us to provide the donor with a picture of the child enjoying their instrument. All information is confidential, and no identifying information will be displayed. It's proof to the donor that their donation went to a great home.
